07/05/2022 is the date I paid 632.80 for a water system installation from The Water Store (in London). This system hasn’t been installed and when I called the owner demanding a refund he hung up on me.Business response

I'm responding back to this complaint. The same day he sent his complaint the issue at hand had already been settled and the customer was refunded immediately with no problem.

I am rejecting this response because:
they did not follow through on the service they provideI didn’t go to the water store to purchase a refund and this was also a hassle to get from them, the refund for the purchase they tried to make it seem like it was all my fault and he made some excuse about being too busy and I felt nervous about going back there even though they owed me more than 600$ so I’d say my CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WAS AS BAD AS IT GETS
