Over the last 3+ years, as a video game with microtransactions, I have spent at least $500 if not $1000+ on this company's game: WARFRAME. The dispute is that I was banned with no explanation from being able to use the product, and already 32 hours have gone by with no return contact or resolution.Initial Complaint

I created a warframe account some time ago while I was stationed in south korea with my detachment of the US Army. A few days ago, I'm unable to access my account, it says my account is suspended for breaking terms of service. I inquire about this through customer service, and I am immediately met with a customer service rep accusing me of this activity in a harsh tone and claiming that I won't be able to appeal further. What court of law would hold that up? If I had more money, I would definitely pursue legal action. This type of behavior to represent a company is abhorrent. I guess soldiers returning from korea deserve to get banned and lose a year of progress.Initial Complaint

On March 15th 2022 I was greeted was a message to this online game that I was banned for "threatening players and/or digital extremes" until 2035. I have not threatened anyone and Digital Extremes has failed to respond when asking inquiry or evidence on this claim. I'll be asking for a direct refund of all funds from the account since Digital Extremes has failed to provide evidence on this claim and is taking money from me by withholding this account for a fabricated reason. ***************************************************************** *********Initial Complaint

Have been playing a free to play game for years as a way to destress and sort of relax. While they game states it is free to play, it is very hard to progress when you have a full time job as many of these in game items must be crafted from the player and take upwards of 72 real time hours to complete. ******************************** I have gathered many items through trading when I simply did not have the time to wait, and this has resulted in not just my account becoming permanently banned, but me as a person, a Digital Extremes support representative has stated towards me that I am no longer welcome, or allowed to play the game. ******************************************* as one account was banned for a specific reason, and they have just decided to ban me forever from a free to play game.Initial Complaint

Date is today 11/26/2021 I bought items from a game by this company and ever since then it's been a buggy mess I can't play. Key storyline stuff is not working properly and ********************************************. I have never seen disrespect of this magnitude. Been playing a free to play video game for 5 years. They have a in game economy, free trading market and a currency bought with real money to fuel this economy. I was issued a permanent ban from ever playing again. The company, Digital Extremes is claiming I was harassing other players. The truth of the matter is that certain players have a monopoly over the free market and I was targeted, harassed and pushed out of the game. It was cyber bullying and because groups of players banded together I was banned. I have probably ten thousand US dollars invested in the game and 13,000 hours invested in it. I was pernabanned which means I can't ever play again. I didn't receive a final warning and they won't communicate with me at all. I want my money back if I can't get my time back which I obviously can't. I haven't had an issue with any other game company. They publicly have corrupt chat moderators and the community managers aren't paying attention to the cyber bullying going on in the game. It should be brought to your attention because when real money is involved the free market can't be lawless. That's exactly what it is right now. Lawless. I was unfairly treated and unjustly ejected from the game. This company grossed 79 million a year in revenue. I want my ten grand back if I can't play because they don't know how to police they're forums. Thank you for your time.Initial Complaint

This company banned my account for an opinionated discussion in chat. They are extorting people in the US randomly for small profits. I am always opinionated and vocal, there is a report for muting me, or an ignore function. Why I was permanently banned until 2035 is because this company extorts people, I have already been banned once for supposedly stealing platinum. I decided to chalk that up to a loss since I did trade parts I had farmed to people and had accrued a large amount of platinum. They would not let me have this account back, without paying a negative platinum balance first... So I made a second account, and when I purchased platinum to get back to where I was, they had realized I was not going to be extorted by them that away and banned me.Initial Complaint

I have been playing the video game ******** whos slogan is "free to play" this is not true at all. I have been playing this one game for 5 years. And the hook here is they do not allow you inventory space which means you wont be able to have any level of progression at all. You have to farm items and sell them to other players to get one form of currency called platinum within their chat/trade rooms. They do sell platinum at a super elevated price which completely negates their advertising "Free to Play". So I look online and find multiple vendors, *********, ******, ****, and ********. I decided to use ********, which has an app that is super secure and website as well. I purchased platinum and it is then transferred from a player to myself. I didn't think anything was wrong with this at all. I have been locked out of my account now for a negative platinum balance of 15,389 which equates to 719.00 USD they are displaying unsavory business practices with no resolution.
