Purchased Mailbox post from ***** that was made by Mayne, Inc. In less than a year, the polyethylene post has pits on it. Email to Mayne, and I was asked to use a pressure washer on a high settings. I was also then asked to use different chemicals.. Didn't work. The warranty does NOT list pitting as an item that is not covered by the warranty.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/18) */ The customer reached out on May 12, 2022. The customer service team used standard troubleshooting tips to address customer's concerns. As the customer did not find the tips satisfactory, a replacement was issued on May 13, 2022. Customer was notified of tracking number on May 13, 2022. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Parts missing from shipment. Email was sent to customer service. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/05/30) */ Customer confirmed that they received the missing parts and were happy with the replacement they received on May 26, 2022. Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2022/05/31) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Thank you for the help!!!! All is good.
