I received my very 1st order from House of Names today, via **** I had purchased quite a selection of products, under 2 different surnames, for myself and family members. I was impressed by the quality of the items. The only concern I would like to bring forward is that the print on some of the items is rather small. I have average vision, and I realize these are novelty items, but having a larger print would have been beneficial. Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase, and will order from this company again.

I was so impressed with the dedication of ********* and her team, I wanted to extend my family crest idea to my 14 nephews and nieces. ********* worked closely with me for correct countries and surname spellings. Her staff went above and beyond for the surnames that had to be researched for spelling and country origins. Some old family European names were difficult to find, and ********* and her team researched country flags for some of my family names. The double crests with spouse and nephew/niece were beautiful, authentic and truly treasures of art. I presented the crests at Christmas and the gift was met with tears, and emotion for each family. House of Names will be my new place to order family crests for weddings, anniversaries and very special celebrations. Buyers Beware. The coffee mugs I received were poor quality and not what I wanted. I paid $55.00 for four mugs. *** does not pay for SAH. Postal service wanted $43 to ship, and an $83-$100 for international fees. So, I am being forced to keep unwanted items.

I just brought about my own coat of arms in the House of names, in the county called ************************, from *******. No problem. it's just great and fine. for a cadet.
