I paid over $300 for an officiate to come out and do my wedding through the entire ceremony she kept calling me by the wrong name and also filled out my wedding license with the wrong name don't even know if I'm legally married at this point and how about going to make sure my paperwork is filed with the correct name I don't even trust the officiate to be filing my paperwork this was with all seasons weddingsBusiness response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We were sorry to hear that your experience with our officiant did not live up to the level of service we strive to provide.
Please be assured that you are legally married. We have reviewed the paperwork, and everything is in order. The mistake was on the Record of Solemnization, which is not a legal document, but rather a keepsake document. We have agreed with you that we will recreate this document for you with your correct name.
We have spoken to your officiant and it’s clear she was not at her best on the day of your wedding. She feels truly terrible about mixing up your name. Human error does sometimes come into play as officiants are people, after all.
We have issued a full refund of your fee by e-transfer yesterday (June 12). We have also offered to conduct a vow renewal ceremony for you at no cost, if you are interested. Please know that we have taken your complaint seriously and have worked to rectify it to the best of our ability.
Again, we apologize that our service did not meet your expectation. We wish you all the best.
