    I hired Automoves to transport my car from Vancouver to Montreal.
    We dropped the car as scheduled Nov 25/22. An inspection of the vehicle was supposed to have taken place. It did not. ** ******** *** given a slip of paper on which *** had written *** name and contact Information in pencil. There was no other documentation given as proof of dropping the car.
    No notice was given on when the car was picked up in Vancouver. I had to inquire *****f and discovered it wasn't picked up until a week after dropping it off due to "backlog". No communication had been given from the company about this.
    I was invoiced and paid the full amount $ 2362.50.
    The average time quoted for transport is 10 days to 2 weeks on their website.
    I repeatedly inquired as to updates when this time frame came and passed.
    My account manager assigned to me (Ariane) was frequently slow ********* **** ***** ***** to respond to my emails and replied with vague ********* answers.
    When you call the number on Automoves website you get a voicemail that says the mailbox is full. Nobody answers.
    Theree was some inclement weather which * ********** slowed things for a few days. But my car was already late by the time t** ******* ****** *** ****.
    I tried to communicate through Automoves' online chat function on Dec 27th. I was told my car was on a truck that had broken down in Brockville Ontario and that it would arrive the next day, the 28th. It did not. I tried to message through the online chat again *** *** ******** **** *******.
    I received an email from a Lynette in accounting who told me the car would be arriving Jan 2nd and I would be credited my transport cost. I called Lynette on the 4th of Jan when the car once again did not arrive and she said she had no idea were my car was and that I would not be credited as it was up to the manager to decide this.
    I was given the number for the "manager/owner" of Automoves and I called today Jan 4th. No answer.
    *** ***** ** *************** ** **** ******* ** *** ********* I have been trying to find my car for over two weeks now and cannot get an answer. My car was dropped off 6 weeks ago and I still do not know for sure where it is and when it might be delivered.
