      * **** * **** **** *** ********** Bought an item from them , found out it was defective after waiting 2 weeks to receive the item (5 days before they even shipped it.) now they are refusing to do anything about it , no refund , no replacement.
      Once they get your money they don't care what happens. Takes forever to reach customer service. They only check their emails once a day and then your lucky to get a response, the phone is even worse.       We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.
      We’d like to clarify that our intention is never to delay shipping or deny support. While we regret the delay in delivery, we’re glad our customer service team was able to assist you in receiving your order.
      Regarding the product concern, we initially received a message stating the item was defective and had already been discarded. This made it difficult for us to troubleshoot or assess the issue properly. When you later informed us that the item had not been discarded and requested warranty support, we were fully prepared to assist under our standard warranty process.
      Unfortunately, once a chargeback was filed, the matter was automatically closed on our end, and we were no longer able to proceed with support or warranty service. Chargebacks limit our ability to continue communication or resolution, as the process is then handled by the payment provider.
      We always aim to work with our customers in good faith and resolve any concerns when given the opportunity.

      Have ordered some products from them…After the delivery date was missed I contacted my CC company fora refund!After that I wrote the email to customer service and to my lil surprise I was told the items are outta stock and they working on a refund…Two weeks later?***************

      My first purchase from Tvape was a ********* ******** on a 420 sale factory 1 yr warranty. The unit had design issues with the wax head, I brought the unit to them to show the issue they simply replaced with a new unit on the spot, they did it twice for me, I was so impressed I nought a Carta V and Utilian 5.

      VERY BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! DON’T BE FOOLED BY THEIR REVIEWS!!!
      Like most companies, you must register a billing address and shipping address. Not only after a verbal an email confirmation of a temporary address change, my order comes in without a glitch. Within less than 2 weeks a place a second order which gets shipped to a different address?? Now unless the recipient of the wrong address returns the package I’m screwed!!
