The service is convenient. The interest are high. I whish they had options where your interest go down after a certain amount of time using the service. And also you should be offered promotional services and line of credit increases. Overall I don't have complaints about this company.

********** ************** *** * ***** ** **** *** ****** The first few months were fine I was only paying a small amount and most of that was going towards my loan payment. Months later I am paying 200 per month where $40 of that is going toward my loan and the rest is going to them. ****** ******* ** *** ****** ** ******** Aside from that I called to defer my payment for Christmas and the payment came out anyway. After calling them about it I was told * *** ***** and they will not send the payment back that was already agreed to be deferred. After speaking to one person my phone I lost service and I got cut off. When I recalled them the worker complain to me about hanging up on them *** *** * **** **** *** ****** **** saying that there’s absolutely nothing we can do and reminding me that I’m the one that “hung up” ********** ************** and all they do is raise your price over months until your paying them over 50 % of your principal loanLendDirect Response

Terrible company! It's all sunshine and rainbows when signing up but that's where the fun ends. I took out a loan to build credit 2 months ago and this loan still isn't showing on my credit report. The payment schedule is confusing and customer service has never responded to a single question I've had. They just reply later with some generic cut and paste response that doesn't reflect my question at all.
I'm not surprised they aren't BBB accredited, nor will they likely ever be. This page is more of a technicality to report than than resolution.
**************************************. It's clear they have only one goal in mind... Promote to vulnerable people, sign their contracts then leave them hanging. Poor business ethics.
I worked for **** head office for years. I don't need the money. I wanted a quick and easy line of credit to boost my credit report after the pandemic. Clearly I came to the wrong place.Review from Christopher Z

This is the worse company ever. When they approved me for a line of credit everything was going great within the first two weeks then BAMM! My online access was not working. I later found out by one of their managers that my access was restricted and she was not going to enable it. She did not tell me why this action was initiated and was not told about this prior. I only found out after doing some digging. The right to access my financial information has been violated. Also my right to be informed was also violated. They also took out a payment on the wrong date. This cause me being charged $45.00 for NSF. They have not fixed this issue nor have they apologized. Anyone thinking of borrowing money should avoid LendDirect at all costs.Review from Betty L

Applied for loan on *********"s recommendation and ****** search of 3 reviews said good company. Agent contacted me for information. I sent bank statements for 2 months to verify income and direct deposit form as requested, 3 times over a week. Agent phoned to say they needed access to account on line. i said no chance. He reviewed statements over the phone then passed the file to a credit agent for finalizing. They requested bank information again so sent info again twice. They then asked for a cancelled cheque to deposit. I advised them I didn't have cheques for the account and I had sent deposit form, 5 times now. Finally told them the payment I wanted to make and save an interest charge was due in 2 days so cancel application and destroy information and send an email stating they had done so. never heard anymore. not sure if this is some fly by night outfit or what but there get approval in hours took over a week and still no word. Guess future will tell.
