In the month of August 2022, the property management posted to our blackboard, that window installations will be happening in our condo complex. The work to be done would start on Monday the 29th of august and take 2 weeks to complete. The installation would be going in order starting with unit * and would take approximately 2 weeks. We own unit * but have it rented out ** *** ******* ******* long term. On the day the contractors were to do work on our unit one of the ******* had fallen ill and did not let the contractors into their home. An alternate date was arranged within the 2 week time period. On the second date entry into the unit was granted although it was delayed. I was contacted on the second day and informed the tenants they had to let the contractors in to install the windows. Work was completed on the second date that had been arranged. In November I was billed 340$ for failure to allow the contractors in. I was never informed that a fine would be imposed for denial of entry into the condo unit. I have contacted the property management and our condo board asking for an explanation for the fines. To date I have not received an explanation after numerous emails and phone calls. Thank you *****
