**** ************** **** I had my back yard done with artificial grass a year ago and it was suppose to be maintenance free. I am a senior and that is what I wanted. Just weeks after it was done the weeds pushed up the turf and weeds came right up through the artificial grass. He was suppose to come back to fix it but never did. Now the weeds in my back yard are 4 feet high and you can not even see the Artificial Grass. Very disappointing to pay for something that looks like this.Review from Julia R

We hired Dan to install artificial turf in a small yard. It was done improperly and after a few months was completely uneven and overrun with weeds. He admitted to improper installation and not only NEVER came back to repair the issue, but was completely rude. ******!Review from khris R

We should of come to the Better Business Bureau first and read the honest and truthful reviews about this unprofessional, unreliable, not punctual, never returns phone calls. Dan M. owner of Superman maintenance unfortunately was not capable, punctual or honorable in his dealings with me. He was unable to do a simple job of creating a weed/grass barrier with mulch/rocks. When I followed up with him in regards to this, he created excuses and shifted the blame to his "employees". When I tried to come up with a resolution to fix the "work" he did, he agreed and then dodged my calls after. Overall just a headache not worth dealing with.Review from Heather B

I followed this company and was really impressed with the before and after pictures.
I booked them..no message/ no show. Found put he hurt his back. OK, stuff happens.
Booked a second time. Again no message, no show.
I messaged..he offered to come the next day at 0900 and give me 100$ off. Nice.
Third attempt 0930, not here ..no message...I message.
He can come at 10:30. Up late with his young family...I am pretty sure this is not my issue but if he had messaged earlier I probably would have been OK with later or another day...
Maybe his business grew too big for his current abilities. Just be sure to make clear your expectations about customer service. Or like me you'll be looking for someone to pay to help with your yard when many businesses are fully booked.
