The company was hired and installed new sod on Jun 11, 2021. Some sods delivered were unhealthy (brown and thin). The thin sod were easily pilled off with no roots. Reported the issue on June 13 asking them to replace them. The owner visited our property on Jun 14 to assess the dead sod. He agreed that the sod quality is low with dead roots and reached out to his supplier. We followed up on June 17 and they replied, quote "We have followed up with the sod company regarding this have not received a response yet." We followed up on June 24 again. This time, they claim the sod is healthy and does not need to be replaced. I send them the actual photos of the lawn and one of the employees visited on the same day to re-assessment. We informed the company on Jun 25 that we will file a complaint if they don't commit to replacing the dead sod by June 28. Today they replied and blamed us for improper water practices and turf cutting which is groundless and still not commit to replace.Business response
