We had our furnace go out in January 2022 and it was after hours for most companies but they sent someone over to check it out. We did end up getting a new furnace from them. Their workers were polite answered our questions and did a very good job. Nice and tidy. So when our air conditioner finally quit we thought of them. Floriano came out and check it over changed a part and stayed to see if it would work. It started up right away but was running rough. Because our unit was quite old he stayed to see how it would do. It ran maybe five minutes and quit. The unit was probably put in when the house was built in the 1980s so was not surprised. After the weekend Jen and Jesse came and installed our new AC. They also were very nice and asked if we wanted them to wear masks and I said yes inside the house as we are both seniors and we have family members who are immuno-suppressed and other health issues. They set straight to work putting down mats to protect our stair carpets. They also answered our questions and cleaned up everything after, inside and outside. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are REALLY good. Totally professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Used them twice now, for both appliance maintenance and duct-cleaning, and the service was superb on both.

Our fireplace was not working. I contacted Affordable Comfort. They were responsive, came on time, applied a $25 coupon diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Lloyd was friendly funny and worked quickly to repair the fireplace. He even cleaned the area and cleaned the glass. Previously we had purchased our ***** replacement furnace and air conditioner from Affordable as well. They offered the best quote (of 3), a quick installation and a total cleanup. Affordable is now our first call for heating assistance.

Had such a fantastic expiernece called in for a quote to get an air conditioner and was booked in right away, The night before I received a call to confirm my appointment and to ask me some screening questions because of covid 19. I was very pleasantly surprised as no other company had done this and it made me feel incredibly safe knowing that a company put my health and their employees health above all else.

Our technician that came out to quote us Anthony was amazing!
He answered all our questions walked us through what he was measuring and why he was doing it, he than ran us through what would happen on the day of installation. at this point we were just amazed at how much Affordable had done already.
Once we decided we wanted to move forward we called the office and had the chance to speak with both Taylor and Brittney who were again AMAZING. We got booked in for install super fast and the day was finally here for our ac to be installed. Ryan and Spencer came out and had the installation done so fast and cleaned up and even made suggestions for what we could use in our upstairs for our *********** with our new ****** **** thermostat. The ***** unit we got installed has performed amazing this summer.
