Hired Tropicana to install our above ground steel pool in fall of 2021 to be installed June 2022. No problem they said. Comes near June we had to call to see whats up. Nope they pushed it 2 weeks. Then another two weeks and another week then another 2. Now we are at end July. They came did a horrible job of half a pool. I left them a bad review on their ******** page. They terminated us because of that. ON ********* They lack communication skills and work ethics. After thinking through we offered to continue with the install if they communicated with us. That was asking to much. They disappeared after a bit more work now we are waiting for the plumbing which they never told us they used it in another pool. So now we wait another week. We fired them then and got Blok Pools in Pembroke to supply us with the rest that we needed. My husband finished the install. They were supposed to put cement footings around the pool charged $1000 fir it and just dumped lumps of improperly mixed cement around the pool looks horrible. Then they charged out credit card without our permission for what they thought we owed them. They kept our card on file without our permission. We wanted to discuss what we owed them and the poor workmanship but now they are ignoring us. Very shadey company I do not recommend doing business with them. Just check out their ******** page reviews. Aweful. So many people treated so badly have no idea how they stay in business and havent been sued by many people. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Had the misfortune of purchasing and hiring Tropicana to install a 21' above ground pool for the summer of 2021.Pool was supposed to be installed early June but got pushed back to the end of July.Lack of communication and the fact they seem to be very disorganized in all matters seems to be the norm for this company.Originally we requested the pool be installed level with the existing deck and the skimmer located close to the deck.Neither were done.I guess you have to watch the crew like babies every step of the way as by the time we checked in on them the install was already too far advanced to make any changes.The crew had no knowledge of this request they said.Next they managed to crack one of the top panels.No problem they said we'll get it replaced.Liner seemed to go in ok.So at this point pool is up but they do not have the pool heater,salt chlorinator,winter cover in stock. I guess we'll have to wait for this but at least we can use the pool.Next day after the install as we are filling the pool we noticed a leak. **** the owner came by to investigate. He found the leak in the liner and put a small patch in place. He mentioned that if the leak is in the seam then it would be replaced under warranty. Leave it to me he said. After awhile not hearing anything back, talking with Amber,she would look into it and let us know.Bottom line they will not replace the liner. So here we have a new pool with a patched liner. It is now May 2022. We had scheduled the crew to come out to install the missing items. They show up only with a Pool opening kit. We had to go to the shop and pick up the heater and chlorinator ourselves.Couldn't find the replacement panel.This company is very disorganized and does not stand behind their installation.Regardless if the liner is under warranty or not, was cut during install, or was damaged in shipping I don't know. All i know a reputable company would have replaced the liner. Save yourself grief and aggravation, find another pool place.

Worst retailer I’ve had the misfortune to have done business with. I paid $7000 to have my pool liner replaced. When the job was completed, I discovered they covered over my main drain rendering that part of my circulation system completely useless. After numerous ignored emails and telephone calls I am still sitting here months later with no fix from **** and his crew. Unfortunately this will be heading to small claims court now for resolution.
