  I am officially filling a complaint against ****** ****** agent with Engel & Volkers in Nova Scotia (Chester) When we first saw 2347 Hwy 329 Northwest cove B0J 1T0 it was advertised for sale & the listing stated the building age was 15 years old. The sellers Lars & Lauri Schuster & ****** ****** repeatedly stated the age of the house was since 2006. Now today October 27/21 after we Terminated our agreement & told our agent Joe Baum who also works for Engel & Volker we knew the true age of the house. Joe asked for proof. We did not show them proof but had written proof from ******* ********* group in Hubbards. Today October 27/21 the approx year built is 1996. We were told a repeated lie about the age of the house & paid $675 for a house inspection with the inspector ***** ******** thinking the house was only 15 years old. This is falsified information. Today October 27/21 I talked to ****** ****** on the phone & she did not know it was me & she openly admitted today that the age of the house was from the 1990's but lied to us before & stated the house was built in 2006.   Regarding the complaint by Ms. *********, we are in agreement fo reimburse the amount of $675 that was paid by her for a building inspection which was a condition of purchase on property at 2347 Highway 329, Northwest Cove. 

  
  

  Ms. ********* has filed a complaint with the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission and in no way does this payment affect the complaint. These are 2 separate issues.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 16148874, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

  I just want to clarify is the reimbursement of $675 going to be paid directly to me via a cheque or to the Better Business Bureau then to me. I am pleased because that was alot of money to spend when the full truth which was the age of the house & septic tank was not disclosed. Thank You for your understanding & cooperation to resolve this delicate matter.
