My Truck was deemed as a total loss due to a fire Nov7, 2022, I have since received my payout from the Insurance but they have continued to debit my account each month for a payment, so far they have taken four (4) payments, my broker asked me to draft a letter to have it cancelled, I did that and then she told me that I would have to contact my insurance company, I have made multiple phone calls to both my broker and insurance company and they keep tossing me from one to the other, as of late I have made multiple calls to my ins and left messages to which I have not received a return phone call and I can’t get a hold of anybody, I also have a new quad on the policy and the broker says that I can’t have that on my policy by itself, all I want is a full refund for four payments and my insurance cancelled so I can move on.Business response

Good AfternoonI have had my Manager of Personal Lines, look into Mr. ****** complaint. She contacted Mr **** and Intact Insurance and to my understanding was able to resolve the issue or at the very least resolve the issue to Mr ****** satisfaction,I am marking the file closed on my end, unless I hear differently from Mr. **** or yourselves.Regards***** *******
