- June 4th and June 23rd are dates of transaction. - I paid the amount of $475 on June 4th and $175 on June 23rd, to book a suite that this business was offering. - I made an etransfer to the reservation manager of the amounts above and received an email confirmation. - On Feb 24 2022, i requested a cancellation due to wanting to book elsewhere. In their policy, its states that since it is within 7 days i would get my total amount back minus a 10% fee. - After several attempts to contact the person i sent the money too, she did not answer. I reached out to the owner of the business and informed him. He told me that he could send me back the payment of $175, but that his employee did not send him the $475 payment so he could not repay me this. He told me it was not his responsibility and that I would have to contact the employee myself and threatened her with going to the police if I was not paid. - He has not paid me the $175 he has and stated that he will not be paying me the other money that was paid to his business.
