Purchased a car on June 16th 2021 from this dealer. I was given a clean Manitoba safety and Carfax. Come July 29th my vehicle with 65,000 km will no longer start. I paid $19,131 after taxes for this car. It was then towed to a Honda dealer to find a remote starter that was taken out improperly which melted a bunch of wires and I need a bunch of work done which will cost $3000. I got no apology or compensation for anything not even my tow fee from We Sell Autos. Then they tried to tell me to take it to their*************************** saying they can fix it cheaper. Like I want them to do some bad repair that will just ***** me down the line. I am absolutely appalled *********************************************************** They took advantage of me ********* **************************************************************************************************. MPI won't cover my claim so now I have to pay $3000 so I can drive it again. *****************************************************Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/09/03) */ Customer purchased vehicle from We Sell Autos with a fresh Manitoba Safety. A couple months later the customer was having an issue with electrical wiring under the front steering Column. Customer reached out to us for help and we were more then willing to help. We instructed the customer to bring the vehicle to ************************************************** is the service center we have an account set-up with that does all our repairs. We have an internal rate setup with ******* and we have complete trust in them. Customer refused our help and decided to get the vehicle repaired on their own at a mechanic of their choice. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/09/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This was a wiring issue caused by the improper removal of command start. We had it towed to a Honda dealership. ******* or We Sell Autos never offered to pay any expenses as far as towing, parts or repairs. If they safetied this vehicle it was not done properly. ******* specializes in tires, alignments and brakes. We felt it was best to take it to a dealer that handles electrical issues. I was without use of this vehicle for a month.
