Working with Masi designs and renovations was a great experience from the first IG inquiry to the end of our renovation! With the delay in many products this past year Masi was very good with their scheduling to allow for delays and delivery and we were never left waiting once our products arrived. If you’re on the fence about **** cabinets, Masi specializes in the **** product and they can/do make them look more “custom” to your design. People walk into my home and don’t believe I have an **** kitchen. Sandra, Jody, Walter and others who were a part of our renovation were very meticulous with their workmanship and very friendly and considerate when in our home. This company was excellent to work with and I would recommend them 100 times over. We will use them for more of our renovations in the future!

Five stars are not enough! Sandra and the entire team at Masi Design were a pleasure to work with. Masi is our go-to renovation company. Sandra and her team have given us the most beautiful basement and along the way made suggestions on how to customize the area using our teak pieces that we worried might be too tall for the ceilings. That was no problem for the Masi carpenters! They cut them so perfectly that you would never know they were once a foot taller. Next we hired Masi to renovate our kitchen, remove a wall into the TV room, and lay new hardwood flooring that tied into older hardwood flooring. Every step of the way was well communicated. Might I add, this was all during the worst of Covid and their team was so professional, polite, and safety-conscious. Thanks to Sandra's most thoughtful design, taking into consideration our family and what we needed most, we now have not only our dream kitchen, but our dream house. Next up will be our bathrooms and we've already received the powder room design. I can hardly wait to get started. *************************

I wanted to share as I had a similar experience working with Sandra through ***** She was very quick to respond initially. Showed up very promptly to do the initial measurement and she collects payment at that time and is VERY difficult to get ahold of. Luckily for me I was able to obtain a final draft but it was not complete. I would recommend paying after you receive your final draft.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Her business was recommended to us by ***** she would come to our house to measure our kitchen and create our kitchen planner through ****** online tool.

We scheduled the visit in August, she came in and measured everything, I told her about our plans and modifications we wanted in our kitchen, as she has a crew that works with her that would take on the entire project. The cabinets would be purchased through **** and the installation, wall removing, flooring and etc would be done by her crew. The agreed was she would go home, work on the kitchen planning and the same day she would send me the project from **** plus the cost of the remaining work to be done. After sending the project, we would have a zoom meeting to go through everything and make changes. We asked for the quote for everything, but we did not know if our budget would be enough for the entire work. The idea was once we had the cabinets price plus her work we would decide on what to do.

I paid $200 for her visit in my home, which she charged fast and efficiently the same day of the visit. I never signed any contracts or anything that specified what I was paying or agreeing to, which was mistake number one for me.

She did not send me anything as promises, I had to send her messages everyday, she always had an excuse, until one day she said she had sent me the planning and I might not have received. She eventually did send me the project for the cabinets for ****, but never the cost of her work. It took probably a month for her to send the cost of her work, by then I already had changed my mind. As I had changed my mind, I asked her to make a modification to the project with **** planner so I could buy what I wanted to and just get my project done myself.

She never sent what we asked her, she wouldn't take our calls, or answers our emails, when we called from a different number she would answer and say she had already sent us whatever we asked and that was weird we never got, then she just would never send it back or try again. We are in Oct 14 and I had 2 options with my kitchen, pay $40 to an **** professional to do the plan I want so I purchase the cabinets and finish my kitchen, or I could just try and use the tool myself.

Bottom line, I gave away $200 for a stranger. My biggest disappointment is with **** for referring this professional. I don't know what we did wrong when we got into business with this person because I refuse to believe everyone that goes to **** has this awful experience I had.

Would never recommend MAsi Design, gave one star because couldn't give 0.
