            I purchased a new Kensington house in Dec 2020. When we sign the purchase agreement, we have agreed with the builder's lawyer clearly in the email that no additional cost will be raised for the Driveway. However, on 31 August 2021, we are notified by Kensington that an extra CAD 3k has to be paid for a larger Driveway which is not by change request. The builder's lawyer claimed that if we don't agree with the additional cost, I will risk not receiving Driveway completion in 2021. We agreed that no additional cost for Driveway but the builder break this promise and leave me no choice. **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

            Signed with Kensington Homes in 2021 in a new development (phase 1), our house has been delayed multiple times with 6 possession dates and still waiting for it if it will be done. Other houses around the area gets to be finished before ours, such as their show homes at different neighborhoods and now for sale, and new layout plan. Even phase 2 house that they just started to build this year, has a driveway already. * **** ********* ******** **** *********** not sure about their 50 years in business with this type of progress.
