I was in need of a new box spring for my mattress, first the receptionist answered my questions very well; that prompted me to visit your store on Cyrville Rd Ottawa especially appreciated the opening till 7pm on a Saturday night! The sales lady greeted me with a friendly smile and directed me to their selection of box springs in store. She spoke with confidence and with good choices. The final payment transaction was completed with ease and she explained every step clearly and repeated it for my benefit. Her name was Brenda and her many years of service was evident, altho she commented on retiring in the near future. I stopped by Dufresne this morning looking for a new mattress... it took barely 2 min and i had Doug, a sales representative there to assist me in finding the perfect fit for my very precise needs. If you ever stop by Dufresne @ Innes/Cyrville rd ask for Doug ***** Knowledgeable with a no pressure approach. Will definitely be back for my Livingroom furniture.
