We retained College Electric to replace a hot water tank, furnace and air conditioner last June. The installation failed a Manitoba Hydro inspection last September. They replaced a hot water tank to remedy that failed inspection. In May, the installation again failed inspection. College Electric said they'd take care of it and were supposed to attend on my home today to verify non-compliance and arrange for it to be fixed. They failed to show up. When I complained, the receptionist gave me serious attitude. The deadline for compliance with Manitoba Hydro is fast approaching, and we are no closer to resolution.

It's been a year since I retained College and the hot water tank *********************** I'm getting a lot of excuses from College, but no resolution to the problem, *************************************************************** ********* the resolution deadline is fast approaching, and they were unable to send anyone to inspect the problem today like they said they would.

We have been very patient over the last year, but our patience has run out. I would like College electric to finish the job, so I no longer have to deal with them.

I'm sorry about your experience with our company. When I spoke to you (Robert the owner) I assured you we would take care of this problem right away and had the receptionist contact you and schedule you in for a site assessment to figure out what needed to be done. You were booked for a two hour window between 10am and 12pm. In order to make sure everything was taken care of we scheduled our General Manager to be the person to attend this appointment ensuring everything would be rectified. Unfortunately he was sick that day and as per our policy he was not able to come to work until he had taken a Covid Test as we would never want one of our employees to enter any homes if he were positive with Covid. Thankfully he was cleared to come back to work and will be going to your home to do the assessment and as per our conversation we WILL be taking care of everything.

Again we are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused but I assure you we always stand behind our work and will take care of everything that needs to be addressed.
