*** ***** ********** **** **** *** **** *** ********. I dropped my van off almost two weeks ago. We were told it would take 3-4 business days to repair my bumper and side view mirror. After the first 4 days we contacted them and they told us our mirror was back ordered and it wouldn’t be until next week. This week I have called, left voicemails and messaged and got zero response, until this morning when they sent the same text saying the mirror was back ordered so it will be done sometime next week. My husband and I decided to drive down there to see what was happening. We found my van in the very back of the lot in the exact same condition it was when we dropped it off. I took a picture of it and we headed into the building. We ended up getting our keys and leaving with my van. The woman working at the front was rude, acting like we were unreasonable for being upset with the situation. I got my vehicle “repaired” here; My experience was awful from start to finish; - first the receptionist was extremely rude, I almost pulled my car from their services but the manager reached out and convinced me she would speak with her staff and have them do additional training. - the repairs ended up taking 2 months when they originally told me 7-10 business days - when they gave me my car back it had a random hole in the bumper that wasn’t there before- they used an incorrect bumper for a different model of car that doesn’t work on my car and leaves a random hole on one side of my bumper and it looks uneven and weird. **** *** **** *** ******** ****
