I called for an estimate as I have squirrels in my roof vents. (And he advertises that he gets rid of squirrels). He literally said, “we don’t go on roofs, ** **** *****”. **********  Why advertise you get rid of squirrels in attics? ??????? *** ** **** *** ********

I did explain that we don’t go on certain roofs for obvious reasons. Safety ! It’s winter and I’m not putting the live of the technicians at risk. We do attack the rodent issues from the interior hatch of the attic. This is how I explain all squirrels issues for potential clients. I then give quotes for the work that we can offer. It’s then up too all potential clients to accept that quote or not. ** the quote and work was not accepted * ******** ****** ** *** ********** Good luck going forward.

I called them to find mouse entrance points of my house, and do the needed fix. One guy came and put in some spray foam. 20 days later, my mouse trap caught one inside my house. Clearly the look around and fix did not work. When I called to complaint, the owner said, I paid the minimum amount (though it was not true, as I paid for fixing as well), and they do not guarantee their job. **************************************************************

When you originally called in mentioning that you had an occasion mouse problems in your house and that you were looking for an exterior inspection of the house and ceiling any possible cracks and crevices. I did mention that this service was part of a full mouse control program and that would be in your best interest to have the program completed. Our program comes with three services which gives us a better idea to complete the task at hand. You decided not to go that direction and you're only one of the basic service To check in the exterior and sealing up the holes that we found . You called me up around a month later with a complaint saying that you'd like us to come back for free on the basic service that we provided. Saying that we didn't do a good job. You were there looking at us doing the job and you found no fault at that time. I agreed to come back for a minimal charge of $60 to pay for the labour the truck and they're expensive gas. ************************************************************** I am sorry you're not happy. I was not out of line asking for a minimum charge. There was no warranty offered for this service because we didn't complete a full mouse service. We didn't do your mouse service so we don't know if this is a new problem or old. !!
