On July 7th, 2022, I signed a MELT learning agreement with the driving school and paid **** $ by check on the same day. The price of the 121.5 hour MELT course, however, is far below this level. If I had clearly known the difference in content and price between these two courses at that time, I would not have spent **** $ to learn the MELT course. 2, the manager of the driving school claimed that the contract signed was a standard contract provided by MPI, which meant that the contract was drafted and forced by MPI, and would fairly stipulate the rights and obligations of both parties. However, MPI never provided any similar contract text. 3, ***** ** *** ****** ** *****. The course is divided into three parts: classroom, yard, and road. I completed 40 hours of classroom course in the first week, but 16 additional hours of yard course were recorded for me. I haven't agreed to take classes after August 15th, but there are records of my yard course after that in the record. 4, ********** ** ************* ********* terminated my contract with me and refused to refund the remaining tuition. On August 18th, I received a termination letter claiming that my contract with me was terminated because of my inappropriate comments. I asked them to produce these evidence, and invited to go to the school for an interview at next day, but they still refused to produce evidence and absolutely refused to refund.
