I hired a gentleman by the name of Ray from Rays Renoz to install teleposts and to lift and level my house. The agreed upon and signed contract states that for $**** he would do all the for mention items. I was required to play half when the contract was signed and the other half after he had installed and did the first lift. A physical copy of the contract was signed on Wednesday March 8 2023. He started work on Monday March 13 2023 and was at my residence for about 2.5 hours. On that day he installed the teleposts and did the first lift. He then returned Sunday March 19,2023 and was here for about 45 minutes and lifted the teleposts a second time. At that time on Sunday the 19th it was verbally agreed that he would return every Sunday to lift the teleposts until the house had been leveled. Ray has not returned to my residence to do anymore work after the 19th of march. I have been contacting him via text message and one email. He at first returned my text messages with reasons as to why he was unable to return to continue the work as stated in our contract. I paid for 25 hours of work at $** an hour and at best I received 4 hours of work. I did text requesting a refund of the hours not complete and that is when he stopped communicating with me. I then emailed him requesting the refund of 17 hours and I was willing to credit him 8 hours of work.as of Wednesday march the 29th I have had no communication from him and no work has been done since the 19th of march. I am looking for the return on 17 hours of work at $** an hour. I am still willing to credit him the 8 hours of work as stated in my email to him but would like the rest returned. I have lost faith that this gentleman would return to do any of the work left to be done to the satisfaction and quality I believe it would require. i have all the text messages and the email i sent if they are required. thank you for you time and looking into this for me. ****** ******
