      I had my hot tub installed last August/2022. Bought locally from King believing, because the purchasing experience was positive, any warranty or repairs after purchase would be addressed professionally. Boy was I wrong. Have a valve problem and, *****, the owner's solution is that I remove and bring it in for exchange. Would you not think that if an item is covered under warranty that the work to replace it would also be covered? Not *****. He actually didn't have the back bone to tell me himself. He ignored my e-mails for over a week before leaving it to a new employee to contact me and relay this information. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Beware, having read my review, of my experience with them and SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! After purchase customer warranty service is non-existent and I'll be now buying any supplies required to maintain my hot tub from anyone but *****************. You lost a customer ***** ******* **** ** ****

      Wow; First off I do not appreciate being called an *** or any other derogatory remark especially If i know nothing of your problem! I will explain. It is my understanding You called in with a common diverter valve Failure? The procedure to repair is usually done by the customer and is as simple as pulling off the twist knob, unscrewing the cap and replacing the valve insert parts. These generally fail if the owner does not turn the pump off, or to low speed prior to cranking on the Diverter Knob. This failure is so common I try to keep a supply of inserts available for swap or service install. it is a warranty part supplied at no charge to the customer. The Manufacturer/ Distributor was out of stock until a few weeks ago and sent a few to me with the last tub delivery. They had been on order since earlier this Spring.Last Wednesday my counter girl gave me a repair order for ******************** and I put the diverter, cap and twist knob into my truck along with variety of pieces and chemicals for other service calls. The tub is located only 5 minutes from our shop but both Wednesday and Thursday I ran out of day, before running out of services calls. With hind-site, I probably should have called and advised status of the repair. Friday I was involved in the fire evacuation order and had to pack up the valuables and necessities. We have had 9 personel come and go in my two counter positions since last Fall. The new staff both have less than a month to absorb a lot of specialized training and office procedures. Fortunately Both have the right attitude and willingness to put the customer first. We have also have only 4 of 8 qualified service staff positions and have 3 Idle service vehicles. This staff shortage requires I add additional service calls to my multiple other administration duties and commitments. I have not had a day off since June.Another issue is E-Mails. In an effort to stay focused on issues of my concern, we added personal; *****, *************** and Info@ mail boxes. They only work if someone reads then directs the mail to the correct location. With new staff this has not worked well and apparently I never received any correspondence from *******************. I also would appear the front staff was unclear as to their instructions to bring the failed part in for replacement, not the whole hot tub. I was not part of the conversation as I did not need to be until now.There could well be an *** in this picture but I am sure that does not apply to me.If ******************* is still requiring the part fixed I will be pleased to look after the warranty.       Purchased a H2O ****** hot tub off ***************** in October of 2022. We dealt with the owner *****, and couldnt be happier with our purchase. The entire staff have been great to deal with and very helpful with any questions we needed answers to. The tub itself thus far has exceeded our expectations. Appears to be very well built and certainly is loaded with high end spa equipment. Obviously others feel the same way ( read the positive reviews on the H2O site). I rarely take the time to review products unless they been problematic. Anyone contemplating purchasing a tub needs to checkout H2O.If you live in or near ******* I highly recommend a visit to ********* and spas!N ******************************************
