RE: service #************* Ref:*********** I have reached out to ******** Service agent ********************** multiple times without response *************) + email as proof. The issue was a complaint about one of the ******* locations visited during my trip to ************ ************. A manager from the North Portal site did call me and offered me coupons in the mail due to my bad experience, but nothing received.Customer response

I have not received promised gift card from the restaurant in ************ as promised. I have not heard from the agent spoken to from **************** either, so this complaint has two parts.Initial Complaint

I have emailed Denny's head office at least 4 times & left 2 voice mail messages for the manager of customer service Richard P*** & a message left with the USA head office over the last 2 months. No one answers the phone at head office in Vancouver, no reply from the manager & no one replies to emails. I have been trying to get my points credited for several purchases I made at a Denny's restaurant in Calgary. They changed their system of crediting points several months ago & despite repeated emails/phone messages & enquiries with the local restaurant, no one has been able to help me. I was told by the local restaurant to email Denny's head office for resolution & when I advised them no one replies to me they had no solution. I sent copies of my receipts to the email address I was given: [email protected]. I simply want my emails responded to & my points for my restaurant purchases credited.
