The transactions happened on May 31, 2023 I am out $472.50 based on their mistake. They came to fix a problem with a sensor on the Gate. Once they left, the sensor was not installed and the gate was not operational anymore. They made it worst and I had to use another service company and spend money to fix the problem that was created by ** Garage Doors. I tried calling them and ask for them to come and repair the issues that they created and they refuse to take responsibility for their actions. So I had to use another company. I want to get reimbursed for the money I had to pay out my pocket for a problem that did not exist prior to their technician messing around with the gate.Business response

******************************** ***** Estate Advisor * ** ** * ************* *** ******** *** ** ********* ** **** **** *********
Few facts to demonstrate how ************** try to deceive you!
************** calls ** for service and agreed to pay $500.00 for supply and install sensors for a swinging gate.
************** come and tries to solve the problem but couldnt. A day after we discovered that the new sensors that we bought specific for this job was faulty!
Before ************** left the job site, he asks ************** to verify that the gate is working as before, and it work as before!
However, it is not safe to have a gate operating without safety sensors! Many repairs companies policy is to put a stop to a gate system that operate without safety sensors to prevent liability.
6 hours after the technician left the site, ************** call us and say that the gate stops working.
We didnt charge a ***** for the service! If we fix the problem, then he had to pay us $500.
in his complain ************** admitting that the repair cost him $472.50. (Which must be for supply and install the sensors as his massage below) If the total cost of the repair was higher than the $472.50 then he was detail in his complain: how much he paid for supply and install the sensors and what the cost of the other repair (which he claims that is our responsibility.)
************** text me the following:
*** **** ****** *** **** ** *** ****** * **** ********** ****** *** ** *** ****** ******** ******* * *** ******* ********** ** ***** ** ********* *** ****** *** ***** **** ******* *** *********** ** ******* **** *** *** **** ** ****** * ******* *** ****** ******* ********** *** *** ***** ******** *****I myself have 25 years' experience, (my tech 5 years) and to repair this gate operator, you only need to install sensors and program the logic board for adding sensors! There is nothing that the other technician did or could do to repair the problem.
Now he claims that our ****** cost him $472.50.
The only damage ************** could do is damaging the motherboard (logic board) and based on his massage, ************** didnt damage the motherboard! (Which cost $800+ for supply and install)
************** massage above and claims that he is out $472.50 are evidence that ************** trying to deceive and rip-off us!
We not only spend more than 3 hours on this job (including travel time from ********* to **), the supplier of the sensors agreed to exchange the faulty sensors but not to return them.
As result, we lost $198.88 of the sensors (rear model, which probably never will be use), paying the technician (which is not his fault) and the truck traveling cost etc.
In short, ******************************** ** ** *** **** * ***** * ******** **** **** * ***** he also association with a garage door competitor (*******)which probably encourage him to submit complain with the BBB.
