Criminal scam rip off company.I applied for a mini LOAN not a line of credit . It was $400 plus $50 interest fee made it $450.This company knows I was in a car accident and cannot work for over 3 months and does nothing. Today I found out the hundreds I have spent well over the $450 was just interest and fees for what? I am filing a consumer complaibt because this was supposed to be a loan not a predatory line of credit . Infact I believe it's extremely illegalReview from Ryan B

Terrible company to do business with. They make it difficult and confusing to pay off the principle. They only take interest payments regularly and you have to request to make larger payments to ever pay off the principle. If you lose your job and need a little time while you switch to a new job they threat you the whole time and essentially harass you. During that time if you make a payment arrangement they will send threats after they have already accepted the payment on the day it was arranged to be paid. This company is predatory to say the least. I have been dealing with them due to fraud and they deny that the charges are fraudulent. Asked them to show me where I signed any contract (my banking info had been stolen), and they told me to get back on track. **************** rep accused me of lying and I deal with a different employee each day. Horrible company stay away.The direct payments have not come out of my account once since getting the loan. Been paying (extra) through e-transfer every two weeks, on time!Been getting ********** emails every two weeks. *********** to take me to collections for money they already have.They deposit the e-transfer then seem to forget about it. impossible to get a hold of, my account manager does not want to answer emails, I only get paid once a month so I am trying to move my payments but no one is responsding to any emails and I keep getting charged a 50 dollar extra feeReview from Glenn A.

This company is a *****. I made extra payment to my account to lower my principal amount. After several attempt contacting support specialist to check my account they were not able to solve my problem and theyre still investigating. I wish i could pay this off and never use this service again.Review from Nick L

I took out a loan several years ago from this company. I had just contacted them to take another loan out. They had informed me that I had not paid my bill off from the original loan which is a lie they also said my bill was in collections, which is another lie. They say I owe $175 on a $300 loan. They had a promotion of borrowing $300 and paying it back within 90 days for no fees to be charged. I did this and they still continued to rack up money that they say I need to pay. This company is not to be trusted and I would not borrow from them again. If anything I'm going to have the New world order and Illuminati shut them down for stealing from people and fraudulent claimsReview from David L

Had 3 prior loans several years ago with no issues but time was a extreme stressful experience. Spent more than a hour with 2 reps asking for unusually personal info such as account numbers and login information, pdf reports of all transactions. Afterwards transferred to a third who insisted on the same info again. I felt as though they were invading my privacy. My account has not changed and was not willing to supply login info or continue any longer with their foolish waste of my time. They don't even deserve 1 star.Review from Les H

They offered 20 dollars to sign up with ******* no strings attached, I signed up and got nothing. They claimed that I did not meet their criteria. As soon as I can find a way out of the mini loan, I am done with this company.
