It appears nobody talks to or leaves messages for others. Had to cancel a booking which I did 3 times before a date and still the deposit went through I was assured all was done but clearly it wasnt. Thankfully there are other travel agents!!Review from Darlene L

We deal with Joanne F*** who is an absolutely fantastic travel agent with Cruise Connections but this review is about Joanne. she has been our agent for about 10 years now and looks after all of our interests whether they be good or bad she is there to make sure everything is done the way it should be. No matter the time of day Joanne is there for her customers.Review from Roland H

Booked one cruise on Oceania with Cruise Connections for 2021, canceled and received all our deposit back in 6 weeks. Excellent response time by Oceania and the TA. Booked our second cruise with them and will travel in Oct 2022. Great service from our Agent (Sherry) as she answered many questions in a quick and friendly manner! For the person with the other review, 1 star, you do not understand how Travel Agencies work! Your review is inaccurate. TA's do not have your deposit! The deposit is sent off to the cruise line you booked with by the travel agent and so the TA must follow the rules of each Cruise Line. The TA cannot refund your deposit as they do not have your money, the cruise line has your money and so you should complain to them!! The only money a TA gets is a commission after you have sailed.Review from dermott t.

Cruise Connections Canada do not provide refunds for customers who book cruises with them. They will issue FTC's (Future Travel Credits) instead. We have been trying to receive our deposit of $1,302.06 for the last 18 months without any success. We have been in contact with every level of administration of this company including the CEO and they have refused to return our money even though they provided no service for us. They deserve one star for the sales people who were understanding during COVID. ******* * ******* ****
