I obtained a loan from Snap Financial for $6179.25 with an agreement interest would not start until payments in May 2022. I paid $1700 before payments began so interest should have started at $4479.25 at ****%. for a total of $4958.50 owing. I have paid a total of $5700 to date. My invoice is showing I still owe them $1142.78. Total with interest should have been $6627.15 - 5700 paid = $927.15 balance owing. I have tried to call the company multiple times and the customer service agent could not answer my questions, put me on hold and hung up the call. I have tried calling back and each time my call is ended before it is answered. I have emailed the company and do not have any response. My invoices do not make any sense as they remove a payment of $200 on the 6th of each month yet the invoice only reflects $73.67 being paid. The customer service is always rude and not my first experience with not being able to get someone on the phone so I can ask questions about my loan.Business response

We take complaints like yours with the utmost seriousness and appreciate the opportunity to review the complaint.
Upon reviewing your account, I did view your payment history and will be attaching a copy for you to review yourself. Which will include up to 22 payments made up until today.
Regarding the invoices, I apologizes for the confusion as they're automated invoices sent to our customer regarding there monthly payments. However, on October 15th, 2021 you spoke with a rep from SNAP Financial who confirmed that your monthly payment will be increased to $200 moving forward.
