      I ordered a Nano Sparkle Cloth last November 15, 2023, shipped in November 17,2023. The product does not work! It just scratched my car. It was such a messy, mussy kind of material. The ad looks very nice, improved, great product as shown in pictures with cars treated before and after application. In reality it is very deceiving. It is a ****! It is *****!It states it can be returned if not satisfied but it does not have a returnable address. I have a hard time looking for an address. The web site states this Nano Sparkle is a ****, and multiple customers have a bad and negative reviews on this product. **** ***** **** *** ******* ** ***** **** **** ******* * **** ** ***** *****

      I ordered the nano-sparkle scratch remover product on the premise that it would remove scratches in the paint of my 2017 ****** ******. When I used this item, following the directions on the package, not only did it not remove scratches, it also damaged the paint around the scratches where I had used it. It was also very messy to use and stained anything it touched. To have my truck repaired in those areas where I tried to use it will cost a minimum of $700 - $1,000 because the paint will have to be matched to the gray metallic factory color. In my opinion, this company is promoting a scam and this product should be removed from the market in the *** and ******.

      I ordered buy 1 get 1 free NanoSparkle cloths for $29.95 plus shipping, Additional costs were $3.95 shipping and taxes and fees $2.72 totaling $36.62. I am returning them because not only did they not work, they damaged the paint finish on my car. I am asking for a full refund to include my purchase price, shipping and taxes and costs for returning the items. Return shipping costs, $4.85.

      Date - 3/3/23 order placed Date 3/13/23 requested to return unused product and was told to ship back at my expense which I did.I sent it back **** so I have no tracking but know for sure they received it Now they refuse to credit back my funds.Total amount for refund is $36.28 I have e mailed numerous times and have not received a valid response.

      I ordered this NanoSparkle Cloth on 11/10/22. A package arrived sometime after that date that I assumed was the cloth. Since I live in **************** I did not open the package until April 1, 2023 due to the weather and knew that I would not be using the cloth in the snow. The package did not contain the cloth or anything from NanoSparkle. I contacted the company immediately and was told that I was out of the ********************************************************************** a copy of the *** tracking number that shows they sent the product. The *** tracking number refers me to the **** and that tracking number at the *********** says they are still awaiting shipment to them. That is why I never received the product. They charged my credit card but I have never received the product.

      I ordered Nano Sparkle and it was delivered within a reasonable time. But consumers should know that it DOES NOT WORK! I followed the package directions and all it did was take the clear-coat layer off my car. So now, not only is the scratch still there, but the nanosparkle cloth took the finish off and the paint looks a different color! it's awlful! How can I fix this?

      I ordered a product from NanoSparkle and it said it would ship within 5 days. It's not nearly a month later and the product hasn't shipped. I have called them to cancel and they said the product shipped and provided a tracking number. I have tracked the package everyday and it's still at the warehouse and has never been forwarded to the shipper. The shipping company has tried to help but there is no package to pick up. The company will not give me a credit. The company will not cancel the order. The company will not help .They told me when the product arrives I can return it minus the shipping. **** ** * ******** ******

      I bought the nano cloths and somehow they said I paid for expedited shipping and so they charged me alot for that along with other shipping costs. I called them and they said to send them back at my expense and they would send me $34 but I never received any money back from them. They are a *******

      I just ordered a Nano Sparkle Cloth on-line for $29.95. When the charges were printed they were for $46.97. Extra costs were for expedited shipping which I did NOT request.
