ProClean was most professional when I contacted them in Aug 2023. However, when they arrived it appeared that they were not in a hurry to complete the job as efficiently, as effectively and as quickly as possible. The cleaners were aware about the type of cleaning it was (clear distinction between move in/out or normal cleaning job). It was evident that they attempted to stretch the time beyond the minimum 3 hrs charged for. After 2.5 hrs I objected about their lack of pace, called the office and made it clear that I'll not pay for anything more than 3 hrs. Guess what? They did a disproportionate amount of cleaning in the last 30 min but due to my reluctance paying for someone twiddling their thumbs they packed and disappeared as soon as 3 hrs transpired. This required me to go buy supplies and cleaning for the next 45 min the uncleaned portions Lastly, they arrived without a stepladder which made it impossible to clean on top of tall cabinets.The owner of the company offered me a discount after I indicated that I had to complete the cleaning job

Hi ****,We honestly believe that we were able to settle this matter with you and complied to your request of not charging the 3rd hour of the rendered service.We tried to call you to explain that our team will need the extra hour as the 3hr minimum does not suffice with the amount of work that needed to be done at your place but you did not allow it and we respected your decision, hence our team had to leave after the first 3hrs was up. We did not want to go beyond your budget and cause any issue if we extend without your consent.You decided to hire someone else to finish the job and deducted $80 from the total invoice to pay for the supplies and the person who had to do the rest of the work. We found it very unfair but we agreed to your request and only charged you 2hrs.We can say that we were able to deliver the service that we committed to do but we respect your point of view.

I contacted Proclean, on a whim, in order to meet a very sudden demand for a post construction cleanup, to be completed that very same night. It was very short notice for both myself and the many cleaning companies I contacted. By the time I found Proclean and read a few very happy reviews on ******, it was now already 5pm and most cleaning places were closed or closing shortly. I was starting to feel helpless and dialed Proclean, expecting to be turned away. That was not the case! I explained the situation and was offered two cleaners right away with the contact promising to “call in reinforcements” and get back to me. The first two cleaners were on site within the hour and the second 2 persons were dropped off shortly after. The ladies were all very kind, professional, efficient and cleaned every wall, glass window (both sides), floor and surface possible of construction dust in a 2,500 square foot space. All done in a few hours! Their speed and efficiency allowed us to move our treatment equipment into each room to get the space public facing for the next day opening. They even happily cleaned out our yucky fridge, all with a smile. I am beyond happy with the service! I will be looking to use them for regular and/deep cleaning service in the future. Thank you Proclean for taking my call and providing excellent service. I will be recommending you to everyone I know in Vancouver for their cleaning services as well.
