On November 19, 2022 I went to Westcoast Floors with my son to place an order for PVC/SPC wood floors and tiles, and we settled on a price and delivery for Monday, November 21. However, after a second thought about the PVC/SPC wood flooring (i.e. health concerns after installation) I decided not to proceed, so I called Westcoast Floors and left a message. On Monday just the tiles were delivered, but there was no PVC/SPC wood floor, so I thought this was all settled. When I went back to Westcoast Floors the following day to have the invoice adjusted to refund me for the PVC/SPC wood flooring, but I was surprised there was a $250 restocking fee I was responsible for. I should not be charged a restocking fee if the item was not even delivered to me in the first place. I asked one of the salesman about this and they said this fee was related to a credit card transaction and I should contact my credit card company, which makes no sense. I would like to have this fee waived and refunded to me.
