This company hosts several auction companies for bidding. I experienced major ***** in a bid I had made and iCollector did absolutely nothing to try and help resolve the matter. **** *** **** ****** repeating the same information over and over. They insist that I bid 3000.00 in error for an item that was worth 50-75 dollars. I know for a fact I placed a bid for 30.00 dollars. Somehow, somewhere, my max bid was changed from 30.00 to 3000.00 and no one is taking the blame. ***** ******* ******* tells us to call iCollector to resolve our issue and iCollector says we have to go to ***** *******s Auction without helping me or giving me any information I ask for. I asked for the bidding history on the Item I supposedly won for $2000 and they refused to give it to me, telling me I need to get that information from ***** ******* Auction, and the girl literally told me they probably wouldn't give me that information. iCollector is the HOST, they should also have that history. iCollector needs to actually help out the people making purchases online. They are protecting the auction company and not their consumers. I have been bidding in auctions for years and never experiences such poor treatment. SOMEONE changed my bis and ALSO DROVE THE BID UP TO $2000.00 for an item literally listed on iCollector's site worth 50-75 dollars. Why would anyone bid thousands of dollars for an item that is worth ********** nothing? iCollector claims someone else one the bid, and called to cancel, having me win out of default. They also did not answer my call or emails prior to charging my card on a SUNDAY. I have already disputed the charge and submitted a claim against them with British Colombia Consumer complaints. They must be in cahoots with ***** *******s Auction.
