They install a Ac unit on April 7 2023 and on the first hot day of may the unit is not reaching the temperature that we would like and the other installer from different companies they came and checked it and told us this unit is too small for our house but the installer still insist that is the best unit for your house and even I offer him to bring a bigger AC unit or remove this unit they said they wouldnt do it basically they try to dictate their temperature and indirectly tell you go do whatever you like to doBusiness response

The equipment quoted based on what it fit to their house, the unit sized based on Heat loss calculation (two times checked by private company and separately by ****************** ****** to make sure equipment is sized correctly). Customer after having long chat with Carrier (two months), finally on June 27 yesterday morning to have site visit including Carrier tech support to double check the equipment operation. We were on process of the diagnosis and finding issues from yesterday, and other possibility if there is an issues! We are shocked with this complaint specifically this complaint is filed yesterday evening after our site visit!
It seems customer instead proper way of approach to resolve the issue, looking for magic in BBB customer complaint!
We have spending lots of time to make sure we will meet their satisfaction, spend lots money for expert to do proper Heat loss calculation, to make sure its right equipment! BUT, with this complaint, we positively know, they are not looking for solving any issues, and the magic she will get will be our support and service terminate from now, and if customers not satisfied with it, they can proceed through legal process, and we will meet them in the court!
We will not support any false accusations and will stop any scams! We 100% will protect our business name if this report is submitted on BBB website or any other media, and will processed legal action as scams and accusations to damaging our reputation!
