I emailed this company asking if there was an ink drum option for my printer as it’s my first time buying ink for this printer and the cost is very high $400+ so I wanted to ensure I ordered the right thing. I asked if the item I had in my cart was a black and colour ink drum. They said it was and that there was only OEM available. I ordered the item. I paid over night shipping for it even. The item wasn’t even shipped until I emailed complaining that I paid for overnight shipping and it wasn’t even shipped yet. I ordered Thursday and received order the next week Tuesday. What I got is an imaging kit not ink at all. For $400. I called and the man who answered Alex was extremely rude, laughed at me that I ordered the wrong thing and said I could return it and “if” they feel they can resell it I would get store credit and I need to pay the shipping to return it. I want my money back and to never deal with this rude company again.Business response

Hi;
Based on customer location our curriers were not able to deliver their order next day.
Therefore we had to refund the extra charges they paid on July 26-2021.
Also based on customer email to our support team and asking for "***** *** ***** **** *** ******* *****", we respond and directed customer to the printer collection page.
We usually direct all customers to the printer collection page to help them to select their product theirselves.
I can provide all the emails between the customer and our support team to show the customer requirement.
It looks like customer ordered a different product for their printer.
They ordered DRUM instead of toner.If you need help or have any questions to resolve the problem, please let me know.
