      After two weeks of no shipments/updates, I called the company and they told me items were back ordered and would ship in a few days. A week goes by and I contact them again. They tell me it will take another week. After the 4th week, they tell me theyre charging me for full shipping $8.99 because they lost an item from my order and could no longer fulfill it. I kept trying to call them, but no body would reply to emails or calls. They still have not shipped at this point and then end up canceling my entire order. When I finally do get someone on the phone, I am offered no apology or an offer to ship my order without the shipping fee. I am told I didnt meet the minimum requirement for free shipping as if its my fault they lost an item from my order. This company has horrible customer service and I cant even vouch for it being authentic as they have my money and I still dont have my product or refund.

      I placed an order of products that the website mentioned it had in stock. It didn't. It's taking more than a month to have my products shipped to me. I had to cancel one product that hasn't arrived to their warehouse after many promises that it was on its way, then now they want me to pay for the shipping changes that happened after cancelling that one item. Tried contacting them several times before finally having someone answer their phone. ***** ***** ****** ***** **** ******* *** **** **** *********

      NEVER order from this site. First off the return policy is horrific. I bought items with a total amount of around $400. It was my second time purchasing from them. The most expensive item I purchased was the ************** ******* * ***** around $190. When I received it, it was already a deep amber colour which basically renders it useless. I called them and the representative tried to convince me that it still works and is not defective and keep it. I told him that no, it is supposed to come in a pale amber colour for it to work. I asked for a replacement because I didn't think it was fair for me to have to go through the trouble of returning something due to their incompetency. He said, no that I have to return it for them to inspect it and give me a refund. Just imagine paying that much money for a serum to arrive defective and then have to go through the effort to return it to them and wait for a refund? I also requested a refund for two other items I ordered. One was the ************** ******** which I tried for two weeks and it gave me an ******** ********. I asked for a full refund and they said I have to pay a 25% restocking fee. For something I had an ******** ******** to... Although they do mention this refund policy on their website, I didn't bother checking as a fairly new customer as ***** ********* *** *** ** *** ***** **** ****** **** *** ******* ** **** * **** ****** *** ***** **** **** *** * ******** ****** *** ************ Then it gets worse. I asked to refund a third item I never opened. They said I had to pay a restocking fee for that as well even though they are able to put it back on the shelf and sell it for the full price. I really believe any ridiculous return policies *** ** *** **** like this should be mentioned BOLDLY upon checkout. At least they could have done the decency to honour a full refund this once given I was a fairly new customer *** *** ** **** **** **** **** ******* I spoke with someone who said they were the manager but apparently he couldn't do anything. What kind of company makes someone a manager but doesn't give them basic powers like approving a full refund for a customer? I don't really have an issue with the representatives. However, the company policy and business just seems like an ****** ****. **** *** ********* ******* ****** ** **** **** **** ***** **** Still shocked I am told I cannot get a full refund for an item that is unopened or gave me an ******** ********. ******** *** ********** ******** ********* ** *** ** ******* ** * ********* ******* ** ********* ***** * ***** ****** ** ******  They say their refund policies are to prevent "refund abuse" whatever that means* *** ** ***** **** *** *** **** ***** *** ****** ***** ** ***** ******** Safe to say this is the last time I would ever do business with this company again.

      Please note we stand by our return policy posted at: https://www.eskinstore.com/help/Return-Policy We have reviewed this customer return requests for 2 large orders that was made and determined that she has no good reasons for returning all products while she is not also willing to abide by our return policy. Hence her return has been denied due to item 11 in our return policy: Right to Refuse Returns: We reserve the right to refuse requests and deny returns due to policy abuse and reasons that are beyond our Satisfaction Guarantee policy. We do not accept returns due to delays in shipment or delivery or reasons that are beyond our control.

      First off, your response is an entire ***. I only attempted to return items from one order. I have a right to post about your unethical practices. Also, I returned the defected skinceuticals serum that you were supposed to fully refund me. Instead you charged me a restocking fee for a defected product? Please explain and provide proof of what return policy I violated? The bottom line is your business is a ****. I have called since last week to get the difference of the restocking fee you were never supposed to charge on my items. But no one has gotten back. Again, NEVER order from this scam website. *** **** **** **** ** * ******** ******* *** *** ***** **** * ******** * ****** ****** ** ****** *** I should get my full money back for it. Unbelievable. I warn everyone from ever shopping at this ****** store.
