***** went above and beyond to help us figure out the best air exchange system that was going to be required by ******* for our ********* it turned out ******* allowed use a passive system instead, but even after all the time ***** put in he was just happy that we were able to go with the much less expensive option.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend ***** - really excellent service.Techno Mechanical Response

Peter was first referred to us by a dear friend of ours who had their hot water tank replaced as well as Air conditioning unit. They raved about how honest, professional, thoughtful he was...we found out shortly how true that was in person. This weekend, for some reason, our hot water tank started leaking and we had zero hot water. I called Peter and he came right away after his last job . He spent almost 3 hours, trouble shooting and tried everything to fix it but at the end of the day we decided it was best to switch to a tankless because we have had numerous issues with the hot water tank. I told him that I needed to pay him for his time but he refused payment because he said he was unable to resolve the issue that evening. I was blown away since any company we used regardless of what the issue was, they would charge for their time. Plus it was on a long weekend no less. He was so accomodating and came early the next morning to install the tankless unit because we had to be out of the house by 1:30 pm . I can't express how truly impressed I am by his thoughtfulness, expertise,honesty and professionalism. You will not find anyone this dependable and honest. We had hot water the next day and we are so grateful. I have and will continue to recommend him to everyone. He went above and beyond and his kindness and toughtfulness will not be forgotten,Techno Mechanical Response

Wow I can applaud the service enough. Peter did so much work with us. Boiler maintenance, installation of vent hood , new thermostats, dishwasher, gas stove and water heater. He was courteous always providing multiple options so we never felt pressure and just an absolute professional through and through. Techno Mechanical is my go to place for anything HVAC now. ***** ****** ** ****** * **** ******* ******* ** *** ******* ***** *** **** ****** ** ******* *** **** ******* On Jan 2022, Peter came to our house to service the furnace and found out the burner will need to be replaced and ideally to replace the whole furnace. I agreed to replace the furnace but preferred to do it in April. Peter didn't mention any risk of replacing the furnace later in April and said he can do that. Few days after the service, we start to smell gas-like odour in the house especially in the baby's room. We called Peter back to test again if there is any gas leak from the furnace and elsewhere in the house but none was detected. The odour is still there so we called ****** ** for advice and they suggested to run a pressure test to see if there is any leak in the gas pipes. Then we booked a gas fitter to run the pressure test. To do that, we need to shut off all machines that use gas. When the gas fitter came to the furnace room to shut off the gas, the second he opened the door, a strong burned smell came out, he immediately shut off the power to the furnace, and when he tried to open the furnace panel it is burning hot. It turns out the flue gas pipe and fresh air intake pipe were severely damaged by heat. The fresh air intake pipe was burned so bad that only a small piece of the pipe was left. I sent the picture of the severely damaged fresh air intake pipe to Peter, he simply said the pipe was not like this when he was doing the service. * ***** ***** ** *********** ** **** ** *** **** ** *****Techno Mechanical Response

Hello, On Jan 21/22 I had a furnace service call for **** ***. I have video tape of water leaking from the heat exchanger of the furnace and informed ***l and Colin his assistant that the furnace need to be replaced ASAP. I sent a video of the furnace via text to Colin with this information. Colin and ***l told me to order a new furnace and we would install it in April 2022; because of the baby not being without heat in Jan 2022. At that time no gas leak or CO was detected by CO and Gas Leak detector. Due to rodent infestation in the mechanical room/attic I returned on Jan 26, 2022 to the adjustment on the Air Flow by adjusting the damper on their ducting and the speed on the blower. No gas or CO leak was detected by Gas & CO detecter meter. I told **** that the furnace NEEDS to be changed as soon as possible. I suggest if it was possible the family could stay at another place. **** said no, I will wait until April. A few days later, I received a call from Colin telling that there was a gas leak in the baby's playroom. Because of the seriousness of a gas leak I immediately went to ****'s home. **** and I check all the rooms one by one including the vent with a Gas & CO Leak detector there were no gas or CO leaks detected. Again I told **** that the furnace needed to be changed immediately as well as using ****** translate to implore the urgency of the furnace being replace. His response was to wait until April. A couple of days later from my visit Colin told me that ****** was called regarding a possible gas leak. Colin contact me after ****** investigated a possible gas leak and they could not detect any active gas leak. Feb 3, 2022 Colin texts me regarding the new furnace replacement and to give them a quote for it. Feb 9, 2022 Colin sent me a photo from a new contractor showing a burnt pipe on furnace. In my experience a damaged furnace could cause this type of heat damage at anytime. The last visit I had with **** in Jan 26/22 the pipe was not damaged. Unfortunately I can not stress enough that a severely damaged furnace needs to be replace. I really can't say anymore other than I have all the text communications with Colin through out this process. I want to say that I take all my work seriously and with extra care.
