On March 18th at 4PM we gave THREE pairs of pants to this location: one pair of jeans, two dress pants (on receipt) On March 26th at around 2-3PM we came to pick up the three pants because they were ready. When we came the workers told us only the jeans were ready and we had to wait an extra 20mins if we wanted the two dress pants. We told them we had to leave for work and we were leaving out of country the next day so well come the week after. So we only left with ONE pair of jeans and not the TWO dress pants.We came back on April 3rd to pick up the two dress pants, and they tell us that they do not have it. They tell us that we picked up all three pants on March 26th. We tell them that is not true and we only picked up the jeans. They tell us the same thing over and over that we picked it up on March 26th.I call them again this morning (April 4) and they tell us that we picked it up on March 29th and March 30th. Please keep in mind we were out of country in ***** from March 27-April 1. No one in our family picked it up. However, they continue to say that someone came during those dates.They provided two completely different statements and its apparent and clear that theft is involved in this location. The two dress pants were worth over $100 EACH. One of them was brand new and had all labels attached. They are unable to provide me with an explanation on the workers who took my pants that day nor can give me an answer where my pants are.Business response

This is a follow up on this complaint. Please be advised that we have reached a resolution in this matter. An email was sent to the customer on April 22, 2024 outlining the resolution which is a buyback and refund of the alterations.
