We purchased our ductless AC system from Avalanche Heat Pumps and are extremely satisfied with their service from start to finish. We had a breaker fail and a service call was required to correct the electrical problem. Ammar Ghori, our salesman and representative, was there for all throughout the process from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable with the product and process. He thoroughly explained how the system would work and the steps involved regarding installation, testing grants etc. He was available to answer questions and concerns at any time and quickly got back to us. He looked after grant applications on our behalf and helped us set up the financing.
I would recommend Ammar and Avalanche Heat Pumps to anyone interested in a heat pump. Avalanche installation was quick and efficient. Their technicians that installed our system were knowledgeable and friendly and are to be recommended as reliable. Avalanche Heat Pumps is a company that is reliable, offering a good product and service.
