      I have dealt with them both as an individual and a business for about 15 years. I rarely have any issues and if I do, they got resolved quickly. Their shipping speed is amazing. I typically get my parts within a couple days of placing the order and * ** ** ******* ***. And I buy a LOT of parts. I routinely buy over $10,000 a year from them I also deal with about a dozen other vendors and only one other has matched their service level. P.S. I had seen the review below and the customer was advised to destroy a bad part and be sent a replacement. That is not unusual practice for many suppliers. Gets the defective part out of circulation and quickly gets a good part in the customers hands. And asking if they can ship with another order is not an unusual request. BUT I guarantee if the customer just wanted it shipped, they would have done it.

      Have purchased a few times from this company and have hade shipping errors or the quality of the product is not good. This time I ordered the supposed top quality German door handles for my 55 bug. I finally got around to putting them on and one of them did not have the threads go all the way through for the bolts. I too pictures and sent them in and thought it was pretty obvious and they would send me a return label. Nope. I was asked to get a thread tapper and fix it myself. One email said they would give me 10 for the taper and maybe 10 for the hassle. I was shocked . I Explained all I wanted was a return label and I could swap for a good pair. Nope. Now I was asked to smash them in pieces and send a picture before they would send a good pair of handles.? And then I was asked if I wanted to purchase something else so they could send the hang with another purchase? ?? I Explained again I was not going to make a mess and smash them that I just wanted to exchange and send a return label After all they sent the inferior product. It seemed pretty simple. I was dealing with " gary" and we went back a forth a few times ( 2 months) with him telling me I needed to smash the handles. Anyway won't be buying anything there again and took the handles to a machine shop and had them fixed for $20. This company advertises in hot ** and says the provide the best costumer service. This is not the place to go if you want good customer service and need to return things even if its problems with their own products. **** ***** ******* *** beware

      Hi there *****, we have agreements set in place with certain suppliers where they will only issue warranty on a product if we confirm that the product has been destroyed and can no longer be used. This is called a "Destroy in Field" warranty. The reason that this is done, is to avoid the faulty product ending up on a vehicle, which could be a safety issue. If the items you were having issues with were truly faulty, most times, there is no reason for us to issue a return label for the item to come back to us and just be thrown in the garbage on our end. This also allows us to refund our customer or replace the item without having to go through the hassle of returning it. The customer can destroy it, take a photo to send to us and then dispose of the item and receive a replacement, rather than having to send it back and await it being received before a replacement or refund is processed.
