I had new replacement of my 15 years old furnace and 9 years old hot water tank in January 2024. I am very satisfied with Shawn and his crew team’s installation. They are very nice and professional people and got the job done efficiently. This is my first high efficiency furnace, Shawn is very knowledgeable and explain the care of it patiently . The heat wave was unbearable last year and we were looking to replace our heater with a central AC or heat pump system before this summer. After receiving quotes from 5 other HVAC companies, we decided to get a central AC system from Roma. Their rates were competitive and they were able to get the equipment received and installed in 3 weeks of ordering. The process of getting a quotation done, installation and claiming the rebates was smooth. Monica, Andy and Shawn's team were very professional in handling the project. I will hire them again for annual maintenance or other projects in the future.Review from Teresa L

I had the boiler replaced by Roma at the end of Sept 2020, after the replacement all the heating boards were making banging noise and the boiler was making very loud noise. I have contacted them numerous times and the problem was not solved. I finally couldn't tolerate those noise anymore, two days ago I hired a professional plumber to look into the problem. The problem was that they didn't get rid of the water in the pipes (which contained lots of rust from the old boiler) before installing the new boiler, the residue clogged the water pump and thus making the very loud noise. The water pump was damaged and needed to be replaced. Although I had to pay another big bill but I am so happy the problem is gone.Review from Ramesh S

Very professional and up front with their customers, I had my boiler replaced with ****** on demand, their technician Shawn has shown professionalism from the the very beginning of the installation, providing relevant information. Monica their office person was also very promt in her dealings with me, providing me with the information I need and on time. Glad that I went with them after checking the 3 other companies I looked at. Thank you..
