Our strata recently had the shower replaced in our guest suite by Bath Fitter. The service was wonderful from start to finish of this process! Everyone arrived when they said they would, and the work was completed on time and done professionally. We would highly recommend this company.Several owners in our strata have also had their personal bathrooms renovated by Bath Fitter and we have not heard any complaints, just praise for the products and the people!Review from Mavis F

I had my tub replaced with a shower recently. It was a great experience - from the initial consult, to booking the appointment, to the installation, the entire process was very professional and easy! The installer, *******, was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and (unbelievably) completed the job in 1 day. The end product has been fabulous - love it. This company is also consistent - we had the same positive experience a few years ago with another tub to shower conversion. Jeremy was our walk in shower installer. He did an excellent job; was professional in every sense of the word, courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner. I had my bath tub and surround installed by Soheil of Bath Fitter Vancouver, and am more than satisfied with the final result. I have to commend Soheil on being so detailed and dedicated professional. The work was done in the time frame given and clean up was really appreciated. I recommend him highly.Review from Patricia L

We have just had a bathtub liner installed today. Your sales consultant, Patrick, is very professional and personable giving us a clear understanding of what the job would entail. Your installer, Shawn, is courteous and a good communicator. He is diligent with a good work ethic and is coming back to reinstall the grab bar as he needs different hardware. As we are unable to use the tub for the next twenty four hours, we are unable to comment on the installation itself. On the surface, everything looks good. Both Patrick and Shawn are excellent representatives of Bath Fitter.Review from Sukhraj S

I had a shower installed for my senior parents last year in August and shower door has fallen 2 since then and on my parents. My mom Hurt her ankle the first time it fell and second time fell on my dad and hit his head. First time they didnt put in screws and second time we dont know why it happened. They never acknowledged my mom Getting hurt and didnt even apologize, took them 2 weeks to repair it.Review from Bruce D

Very Bad Experience. My Tub is leaking nobody wants to listen and nobody wants to come out and check. There Goal is to make a smile but they should change and say BATH FITTER GOAL IS TO MAKE YOU CRY. The staff is so ******** *** ******** Very Bad experience.Review from M. C.

they busted my tile floor and my wall and left - I put a complaint and had to argue tooth & nail and settle for $400 after months of back and forth. This did not nearly cover any damages done to my bathroom. NOW the **** Faucet the put in is leaking and I have tried to contact them and it seems they will NOT answer or respond to my calls. I want them to fix this leaking faucet that they installed for the tub/shower. The contract I signed says Lifetime Warranty. I've tried so many times to call and email and they do not answer my calls or inquiries. I think this should be covered with the warranty.

they finally fixed the faucet after ONE botch up job that stripped the threads of the faucet. They sent someone who knew what he was doing. Thank you. However my bathroom floor remains cracked and the job they tried to do (just pour in grout over the tiles) just makes my bathroom floor look filthy no matter how clean. It is a small bathroom - they should have installed a new floor - did NOT require tiles - a single layer of some sort of bathroom covering would do. $400 didn't solve anything - just helped with the cost of the busted wall they left behind - holes and all. I have lived with this for a long time and they say they are NOT responsible for property damages due to their careless workers). Maybe not the workers fault but the damage should be the company's responsibillity. IT's always a reminder about how unreliable Bathfitters are once they get their money. Can you help me resolve this?
