  The date this all started was the 21st of June when i was quoted 3800.00 for the work i wanted done on my pickup at Sherwood Park Muffler over the phone. I told him to book me in for the 28th of June 2023 at 8AM he said see you on the 28th.They had my truck for 3 days I cam to pick up my truck only to find my bill to be 6500.00 dollars they would not show me my original copy of my quote and still have not seen it to this day. I pad my bill only to find out none of the work that i had ask them to do was done to my truck. I have bin back 2 times to get the work done on my truck and my truck still has a shimmy that it never had when i brought it to them i well not go back to that place to get my toilet seat aliened. I have been a class 1 driver for over 40 years when my truck and trailer need repairs i tell the mechanic what needs to be fixed he does not need to take it for a test drive he just fixes what he driver has asked for. Thats how trucks make safe miles on the road.I have pictures of the vandalism that was done to my truck but do not know how to put them on this site. I can get letters from former or present employers of my mechanical abilities. SOME THING SHERWOOD PARK MUFFLER has no concept off. I also am a living kidney donor. And feel like SHERWOOD PARK MUFFLER stolen the other one. When i paid my bill i paid with 4000.00 dollars in CASH which does not show on my final bill perhaps Revenue Canada would be interested in.

  Hi ***, we’re sorry you feel this way, all estimates are customer approved before any work has been completed and we have gone above and beyond to repair your vehicle.  We don’t appreciate the threats you’ve made to our staff and customers as you come in unannounced to bully our staff.  We’ve full filled the work completed.  
  

  Your language and behaviour has been offensive in person as well as in this formal complaint.  We will not be providing any refunds as we have completed the work agreed upon.
  

  If you continue to harass us or our staff we will be forced to contact the authorities.

  I am rejecting this response because: The quote was for 3800 and 6000 is not what I agreed on. And i never threatened anyone . Yes i my have been harsh with my words but I meant no harm to anyone. And I .do not have anyway to up load my proof and what about my bill that shows paid in cash 4000.00 if your so perfect .

  We understand ***, we have notifications when we spoke and got authorization for the updated work we completed, in addition we provided a discount. The pictures attached with the bill were rectified we replaced whatever you were unhappy with.  

  Unfortunately, you raised your voice repeatedly to us and customers as well as threatened our staff.  We completed all the work we agreed upon and that's all we can do for you and deposited the funds paid in cash as well as debit. We don't want to continue to engage and argue with you or for you to treat us poorly.

  We have been going to this Park Muffler for all our muffler/exhaust issues with our vehicles for the past 8 years. We were originally referred to Park Muffler by a business friend that owns a large corporation and fleet of vehicles. (we haven't yet explained our concerns with this referral). we are very disappointed. Six weeks ago we took our vehicle to Park Muffler to have the exhaust repaired. We were told the cat was plugged and so they rebuilt the exhaust and put in a resonator they charged us $650.00. The next day after we got it back we noticed it was louder than usual. We called Park Muffler and **** told us that resonators are a bit louder than cats and not to worry about it. This week the muffler broke away while driving. We took it back to them on Tuesday and they told us it would be another $473.00 to replace the muffler. I picked it up today and when I started the vehicle it was still a bit loud. **** brought it back into the shop and put it up on the hoist. When
