I ordered $300 worth of grooming supplies. Including two kinds of shampoo, conditioner, a brush and grooming spray. The conditioner came with a smashed in lid. I email the first day I got the package. Then I email 4 or 5 more times never got response. I called after a week. Was told to email again with pictures. I got back a response that said its fine just use it. I stated that for a $40 bottle of conditioner I would like one that was not damaged. ****** said she could send a new cap. I responded with it came broken I would like it replaced. I have. It got another response.Business response

This is the email showing the date that I clearly responded(same day), and we shipped the replacement, even though there is NOTHING wrong with the product. The top of the cap broke in transit. I am already being more than generous on a $40 product considering it cost more than that to ship. ******Customer response

We were waiting on a refill of that product to replace. Being unreasonable, she decided to do this claim over a broken LID, nothing wrong with product. we refunded product, CASE CLOSED.
