The salesman offered me $45000 for my trade in a 2019 Ram 1500. I bought a new 2022 Ram 1500. Instead of giving me the $45000 for the trade I got $23000 and then they added $22000 to my new truck. I had asked ******* my salesman 8 times to confirm that the trade in was $45000 he assured me every time with a yes I’m giving you $45000 for your trade in. I was told it was the identical truck with all the options of my 2019. When I got the keys for the new truck it didn’t have the leather heated seats , the heated steering wheel or the factory remote starter. When I went back in the building I was told that the deal was done and the bank was already sent the check for my old truck. After talking to **** (****** *******) a few days later he advised me that since I came in before leaving with the truck I could have refused the deal. **** also understood why I was so upset and advised me that he was going to do everything he could to make things right. It has been over a month and I’ve yet to hear anything and I’ve called 2times and was told that the corporate big wigs were involved with having meetings and I would know something in a week or so. This is the third time I have given this dealership my business but the first time I have been lied to by a salesman and I found out that he is a travelling agent to boost sales at different locations.Business response

I have reviewed the complaint and discussed this situation with our management team. Upon further review all the documents were signed and fully disclosed with ***** and in regards to the vehicle he had the opportunity to view the vehicle prior to finalizing of any documents being completed. This is seems to be a situation of buyers remorse. Please let me know if I can assist you any further.
