**** was hired to take my wedding photos and make albums, with delivery within 2 months after wedding, he has been paid in full and I have emails of the agreement and payments. It is now over a year since promised delivery, he has been avoiding my wife’s calls and emails as well as my mother. I talked to him again today and still more excusesBusiness response

Hello,
I have attached a PDF email that has the date of Jan 12, 2023 for the album design approval. That is when the bride, ***** approved it and the confirmation email came in.
I told all parties, that I am really sorry for all this and it is my fault! However, my health - I had a mild stroke 3 months ago, caught Covid in late December. With the effects still lingering and have the feeling of total burn out. However, that doesn't matter as clients just want their stuff.
Regarding the Album, I have added 70 extra pages, to their already 70 page album. The album is 12x12 so that means the bride and groom are receiving 2 volumes in total at 70 pages each, along with thick pages and a matching design box for each. The parents are receiving 2x 6x6 albums each, 2 volumes total for each group. The extra pages are a $800 value each and over $1600 including all.

There was an issue with the gallery access, which I discovered late last month and rectified. I use a CRM and linked gallery service, and most of the tasks are automated. For some reason, something went wrong and restricted access to certain people. Now, there is total access. I do apologize for that.
Regarding the groom, ****. I did receive a text message from him August 1st. I promptly returned his call and apologized. He berated me, threatened to get a lawyer, and then told me he would *** me up, threatened my life and told me that "You don't know who you are messing with!"
If this escalates further, I will call the police and get a restraining order, and will return part of their money.
