    They were not able to guarantee installation on any days I was available so I cancelled the installation and service as the available install days and times were not clearly explained to me upon signing up. The times are limited and on days I work and I live alone. So they told me to send the equipment back and I would receive a full refund. I returned the equipment, unopened and they received it June 5th. They keep telling my my refund is in progress but it is now June 17th and am again told its still in progress 10 business days later.

    Absolutely horrible company. I have been a long term customer for over a year. I recently tried to upgrade my Internet with them and in which doing so they messed up my internet. I called them repeatedly (all different techs) and went through the same routine. Unplug the modem wifi and still won't work, one tech mentioned there was a issue on there end. So we went back and forth for 3 days until they finally said that they need to do a modem swap. Already frustrated and losing money and sleep I agreed the tech ensured me that as soon as I received the modem we would be ready to go....... this was not the case at all fast forward day ******************************************* it would be done today!!! Nope lies now they state they are not sure when it will be done..
