Jayson Global was efficient from the start of the shingle replacement projet. The professionalism started with their estimator Stef; who got up onto the roof to inspect and measure it. When I chose Jayson Global from the 4 quotes I got, he brought out shingle samples and addressed all questions and concerns. The crew that replaced the shingles were very efficient and professional. It was such a great experience and I recommend Jayson Global. It is the second time that I had their services.Review from Barry W

Thank you, Jayson Global, for your peoples expertise in caring for the cement tile roof on the house we just purchased. Every person with whom I interacted was patient with my many questions. I had an added bonus: the technician who repaired the roof had installed it originally so could tell me a lot about it. Work was done when scheduled; clean-up was exemplary. Jayson Global was efficient & impressive right from the start of my shingle replacement!The professionalism started with their Estimator, Nic, who got up onto the roof to inspect and measure it. When I chose to go with Jayson Global from the 4 quotes I got, he brought out shingle and vent samples and addressed all questions & concerns. From that start, I knew that Jayson Global cared about the customer in providing the best quality of product and workmanship. The crew that replaced my shingles were very efficient & professional. Jayson Global was amazing! From the estimate to clean up of site they are very professional. They removed old roofing materials, inspected roof deck for any damages that *** need to be corrected, supplied and installed shingles, etc. The *************** completion inspector were very knowledgeable, and helpful. Jayson Global did a great job with our insurance claim from the hail storm. My adjuster sent them out to appraise damages. John R came out and was a pretty cool guy. He knew his stuff and got a detailed report to my adjuster. I used Jayson to fix the damage and the crews were all great. I had my roof and siding done as well as gutters so 3 different crews but they were all awesome. I called the office because there was a bit of garbage missed on their cleanup. I got their manager when I called and he was polite and came himself to cleanup the same day as it was on his way home he said. Very impressed. Will use again if I ever need a new roof or siding done.Review from Doug C

I am very impressed with Jayson Global. From the estimate to the clean up they are very professional. The estimate included copies of WCB clearance as well as their insurance coverage. The installers were really good to deal with.Review from Kathy B

After getting 3 quotes from 3 different companies I went with Jayson Global as the price was right and a friend had recommended them. We got a quote from **** who I need to give a shout out to as he was very friendly, always very efficient on returning calls/texts and came out to double check if more shingles hand blown off due to wind storms. I received the quote in April however, didn't get the work completed until Sept 5th. I was told that supplies were hard to come by and they had never seen it this bad in 25 years. I felt I was the one who always had to reach out for an update on the work being completed, however would always get a reply. Once the work was completed, which was a great job, I noticed my eavestrough downspout was crushed by the boards underneath the trailer they had used. I made them aware of this and it was replaced within days which was much appreciated. Overall I would recommend this company even though there were a couple hiccups.
